Cool Art-Deco/Futuristic Design.  Very Heavy...

RH side gauge glass is cracked...

As a first step, removed the remnants of the broken RH glass and cleaned the top/face of the assembly.  It may be difficult to find a replacement piece of glass...

The wire/ring is what retains the glass.  Very simple design.

Installed some brake pads on this incomplete Dura Ace BR-7402 front brake caliper -- Now needs the cable receiver and a cleaning...

Shimano and Suntour shifter parts (both have the ability to be Friction or Index [Shimano calls it SIS] by rotating the control lever...)
