Sunday, April 21, 2024 - Ciclavia Venice Blvd - part 1 - getting the purple Colnago ready to ride

Adjusted the front derailleur limit switches to lessen the chain rubbing on the guide plate. 

Thought about swapping the front and rear derailleur limit screws because the ones on the rear seem too short.
But, they're different diameter.

Adjusted the rear derailleur limit screws.

The top limit screw is too short by at least 5 mm.

Also noticed that the rear derailleur cable was incorrected routed above the locking washer, instead of below it.
Moved the cable to the correct location under the washer.

Swapped out the "bear cage" pedals (ones on the picture above) to some platform type of pedals with pins for better grip on the shoes.

Right side is normal thread and the left side is "reverse" thread.

Put some light grease on the threads to ease future removal.
