| Installed limit latches to keep the easel from opening only to a certain angle. These latches have a ball detent to "lock" them in the open position. It just takes a little bit of upward vertical force to release. They work well for this application. |

| I put a washer behind the latch and tightened the screw just enough to allow movement. |

| Applied two coats with a rag. Used compressed air to remove all sanding dust first. Came out nice. |

| This would be a good way to display old license plates. Put them is period correct license plate frames. |

| The roof retracts into the trunk on this Japanese tin toy. It's got a tether with controls for a child to walk behind it as it's being controlled. |
