Repaired the broken front derailleur shifter cable
Replaced the cable housing also.
There's an adjuster inline to change the tension on the cable as it stretches with use.
Very handy feature.
Corrosion on the adjuster.
Cleaned and lubed it before reassembly.
Made new sections of cable housing to replace the two exiting ones.
The longer housing is damaged.
The outer plastic is cracked/broken and the end ferrules are dirty/stuck.
Installed the new cable housing, cable and adjusted the front derailleur to work properly.
