Removing the steering wheel & column stalk unit - part 1

Got an Acura A-spec steering wheel at a swap meet.
Came with the entire column (which I didn't want).

Taking it apart to separate the steering wheel.
There's two Torx head screws on the side of the  wheel/airbag to release the airbag from the wheel (not shown).
Once the two screws are removed, the airbag is loose.
Just need to release the three connectors.
To release the airbag inflator connectors, you pull up on the two small white "tabs" on either side of the connector.

The wheel is held in place with a very large Allen head bolt.
Older cars either used a large nut or a normal hex head bolt.

Airbag removed.

Looks like fun.

Don't look happy.

Nice car.
shocks in rear.
Fuel pressure pump in easy reach of the driver.
Brake lever or shifter on the outside?

Lever shocks in the rear.
Interesting exhaust on the flathead 4...
Body is a bit rough but enough to do the job.

Streamliner body buck being built on the driveway...
