Thursday, March 17, 2022 -- Manhattan Beach Pier - Warm day (mid 70s)

It was extremely windy last night (Santa Ana winds).
The wind blew sand on the bike path in places (not as bad as from last week).
I was surprised to find that they had scraped most of the sand off the bike path (using a bulldozer).
When they first go over it with a bulldozer, it leave a thin layer of sand still on the bike path.
But, it's thin enough that you can ride over it.
It's not so great for getting sand on all the moving parts on the bike though.
They usually go over the left over sand with a street sweeper afterwards but sometimes it's one or more days before they get to it with the sweeper.

Metal book cases in the front of the garage

There's some space in this cabinet, especially towards the bottom.
Placed some hardware bins in the bottom shelf for now.
The hardware bins (small metal bins with compartments) are very heavy so the bottom shelf is kinda the best place to put them.
I'll move some into the bottom shelf of this metal cabinet to make room in the flat files where some of the hardware bins are currently.

There's quite a bit of space in the three shelf book case.

30 MPG @ 35 miles since fill up.
Highest ever for the RDX.
Usually averages in the low 20s, even below 20 if doing city driving...
