| This little engine model weights about 3 lbs! Must be cast out of solid metal... This is NOT the engine that won the Indy 500 in 1997 (erroneous previous comment...). In 1994, Mercedes put their name on an Ilmor clean-sheet pushrod engine that won the Indy 500 (Al Jr. driving the Penske PC23...). |

| Used VHT wrinkle finish spray paint (in a can). The results are fantastic! The finish looks really good and also hides small imperfections... First time using this type of paint. Will use in the future... |
